CHECK IN
Checking in is very simple, usually to facilitate the procedures, I contact the guest in the morning asking them to fill out a form with their personal data, then from 2.00 pm they can enter the apartment.
CHECK OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 am. The keys to the apartment are left inside together with the tourist tax money.
NB Check that you have taken everything, turn off the lights and all devices (e.g. air conditioner) and close the windows.
Cancellation of the stay must be communicated at least 48 hours before check in (on the day of arrival), otherwise the cancellation will incur a penalty.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, organizing parties and hosting unregistered people.
